Mother to two little home born babies, wife, friend and midwife to many.
I have over 6 years experience as a midwife, and have been serving families in the birth world for 9+ years. My own entrance to motherhood taught me so much about myself, about women's innate abilities to birth, and how vitally important it is to know your own self & needs before you interact with the health care system.

For as long as you live, you will remember the way you felt & how you were treated during your birth. You may forget the doctors name, but you won't ever forget the way he or she made you feel.
The secret to a good birth is not in which Doctor or Midwife you choose. It's not in choosing the right Hospital, Birth Centre or Home Birth.

I teach you about the health care system, and how to navigate it as best you can. We cover a range of topics which you can preview below.
We will deep dive into your subconscious, uncovering your hidden beliefs & working through deeply held traumas. We will learn how you think, why you have these limiting beliefs, and how you can use this information to your benefit.
